行政書士笹山事務所（以下，「当事務所」といいます）では，行政書士法に規定する守秘義務並びに個人情報保護に関する法律等の関係法令に基づいて，依頼者及び相談者の個人情報の保護に努め，厳粛に遵守いたします。また，以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下「本プライバシーポリシーといいます）において，依頼者にサービスを提供するにあたり，個人情報の取扱いを明記いたします。

当事務所は、個人情報を次の目的で利用します。
・行政書士サービスの提供
・講演・セミナー等の案内書籍・論文その他の法務関連情報・挨拶状の送付・お問い合わせに対する対応

当事務所は，依頼者の指示による場合，依頼者に対するサービスの提供に必要かつ適切である場合，第三者が守秘義務を負い個人情報保護のための措置をとっている場合，法令により正当と認められる場合には個人情報を第三者に開示する場合があります。
３）プライバシーポリシーの変更
当事務所は，法令の改正等に伴い，本プライバシーポリシーを必要に応じて見直します。本プライバシーポリシーを変更した場合には，本ウェブサイトに掲載することにより公表します。
